For Breakbulk Europe 2026, ProTranser wanted to move beyond the traditional corporate trade show booth and create an environment that reflected both the company’s international presence and its Chinese heritage. The result was a distinctive 6 x 6-meter exhibit that combined strong brand visibility with warm materials, cultural influences, greenery, and multiple spaces for conversations and hospitality.
The entire booth was constructed using the beMatrix modular frame system, allowing us to create the complete architecture from one flexible and reusable building platform. The frames were finished with seamless SEG textile graphics, transforming the modular structure into a fully customized environment. Wood-inspired graphics, traditional Chinese design elements, and a large scenic wall helped introduce a warmer, more cultural character while maintaining ProTranser’s recognizable blue corporate identity.
The 36-square-meter footprint was carefully divided into several hospitality areas. An open seating area provided an accessible space for informal conversations, while a more private lounge was integrated behind the blue architectural wall and separated from the aisle by a built-in planter. At the center of the booth, a bar created another dedicated meeting point and was constructed from beMatrix frames finished with Dibond panels. A large green wall with an integrated screen added texture and a natural element to the space, while two different vinyl floor finishes visually separated the individual areas without closing off the booth.
Above the exhibit, a large illuminated hanging sign provided clear ProTranser branding and visibility from across the show floor. Together with the tall architectural elements below, it allowed the relatively compact 6 x 6-meter footprint to establish a much stronger presence within the exhibition hall. The original design and technical drawings show how these elements were developed around the modular structure before being translated into the finished booth.
Booth Bridge managed the project from the first conversations and design development through production, graphics, logistics, installation, and final onsite delivery. The finished exhibit demonstrates how a modular beMatrix booth does not have to look modular. By combining a reusable structural system with seamless textile graphics, custom finishes, greenery, furniture, and carefully selected cultural details, we created a fully customized environment designed specifically around ProTranser’s brand and objectives.
Breakbulk Europe brings together the global project cargo and breakbulk industry, making the event an important meeting place for freight forwarders, carriers, ports, logistics providers, and other specialists from around the world. For ProTranser, the 2026 edition provided an opportunity not only to present its international logistics capabilities, but to do so within an environment that clearly reflected where the company comes from and who they are.
